Shelley is a dedicated and knowledgeable professional in the real estate industry, whose career commenced in 2014. Her journey began in a bustling real estate office, managing an impressive portfolio of 2000 rental properties. Initially taking on the role of a receptionist, Shelley quickly showcased her exceptional organisational skills & commitment to client service during her 12-month tenure.
Eager to expand her expertise, Shelley transitioned to another prominent real estate agency, this time overseeing 1000 rental properties. In this capacity, she excelled as an administrator, where her responsibilities included processing applications, typing leases, and performing a variety of essential office duties. This role further honed her skills and understanding of property management.
2019 marked a significant milestone in Shelley’s career as she achieved her real estate license. This accomplishment is a testament to her passion for the real estate industry. Shelley’s journey from receptionist/administrator to a licensed property manager is a shining example of her growth and commitment to excellence in her field.
Building upon her solid foundation in rental property management, and after relocating to Queensland from Sydney in 2021, Shelley expanded her expertise into the dynamic realm of real estate sales. Her role in sales administration involved meticulous management of property listings, coordination of open houses, and the seamless facilitation of communication between prospective buyers, sellers, solicitors, and the real estate team. Shelley’s ability to adeptly handle the intricate details of sales transactions, widely broadened her skill set in the real estate industry.
